If you already own a domain elsewhere (Namecheap, GoDaddy, your local registrar...), you can connect it to NeutraHost from the Domains page.
- Click Connect a domain and enter the domain name.
- Update the domain's nameservers at your registrar to point to NeutraHost — the exact records to use are shown on this page.
- Attach the domain to a website (either right away, or later from Add website).
DNS propagation can take anywhere from a few minutes up to 72 hours, depending on your registrar. We check automatically in the background — no need to keep refreshing the page.
Once your domain is confirmed pointing to us, its SSL certificate is installed automatically too.
