Deploying your website from GitHub

Last updated August 2026

If you (or your developer) build your site as real code in a GitHub repository, NeutraHost can deploy it automatically on every push.

  1. Open your website's dashboard and click GitHub.
  2. If it's your first time, install the NeutraHost GitHub App on your account or organization.
  3. Pick the repository and branch to deploy from. Pushes to that branch overwrite public_html on this website automatically.

Tracking deployments

The same panel shows a contribution-style calendar of recent deployment activity, plus a detailed log of each push — status, commit message, and any error if one failed.

You can unlink a repository at any time — this only stops future deployments, it doesn't remove anything already on your hosting.
