NeutraHost uses a balance system: you top up once, then hosting plans, domains, and AI credits are paid instantly from that balance — no card form to fill out each time.
- Go to Deposit from your profile menu.
- Enter the amount you want to add, and choose a payment method — MonCash or USDT-TRC20 are currently supported.
- You'll see the total you'll actually be charged (your amount plus the payment method's fee) before confirming, and — for MonCash — the equivalent in Gourdes at the current rate.
- Complete the payment on the provider's page. Your balance updates automatically once it's confirmed.
Only the amount you asked to add is ever credited to your balance — never a currency-converted figure from the payment provider.
